you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges.
Well, your wish is granted, which is why we offer free shipping across India. So shop your
heart out and leave the shipping hassles to Us!

Our Policy:

Paras Gallery Fabrics will ensure that the products are delivered in an excellent condition
and in the fastest time possible.
Domestic Shipping (in India)
 Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India.
 For Prepaid Orders above ₹ 999: Enjoy Free Shipping.
 For Prepaid Orders below ₹ 999: A flat fee of ₹ 100 applies.
 For Cash on Delivery Orders excluding exception states: A flat shipping fee of ₹ 100 will be charged.  For Cash on Delivery Orders in exception states: The Cash on Delivery
shipping fee is ₹ 130.
 Cash on delivery is subject to serviceability from our courier partners.

All orders are shipped after 24 hours of placing the order and it usually takes another 2-10 working days for domestic orders (India) to reach your door steps (subject to transit conditions).
 Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time (5-6 working days for the ready fabrics) and (7-10 working days for customized fabric order), however there could be rare instances wherein the order could get
delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
 The delivery days mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.
 We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate
orders.
 Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.

 Prices are inclusive of all charges and taxes (terms and conditions apply).
 Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you give us.
 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
 By placing the order from Paras Gallery Fabrics website you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concern regarding their
services.
 Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever.

International Shipping (outside India):

We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India.

 All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. These custom duties and local taxes are to
be borne exclusively by the buyer. Paras Gallery Fabrics will not be responsible for any clearance of parcels stuck due to local taxes and import customs duties.

We will however facilitate the conversation with the courier partner for early clearance of parcels. Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without
any duty.

This amount is called De Minimis values. Please check the following link to know the De Minimis values of your respective country.

We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way
and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered fabric to be delivered to you at the
earliest.

Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 1 – 4 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order.
We dispatch it within 2 – 3 working days from the date of successful placement of you order.

Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.

Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you.
Please note that Paras Gallery Fabrics has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

Exchange Outside India:

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international
orders, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Tampered packing:

If the packet is found to have been tampered with, it must not be accepted by the customer and shall be returned to the shipping agency as received. We shall not undertake any liability once the tampered packet is received & opened by the customer. In case you find the packet tampered with at the time of receiving delivery, please do not accept delivery and click a photo of the packet and drop us a WhatsApp at 8287 922 329 or email us at support@ffab.com along with your order reference number and we shall immediately getin touch with you. If you have chosen to accept a tampered packet, we shall not be responsible for any damage and inappropriateness of the goods sent to you.
