ensure our customers’ shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. All Credit Card,
Debit Card, PayPal, Wallets, EMI, and Net Banking transactions are processed using a
secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

All payments made for purchases/services on www.parasgalleryfabrics.com shall be as
against the MRP displayed on the website and subject to the terms and conditions of the
third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as approved by Paras Gallery Fabrics.

While availing of any of the payment methods offered by us, we take no responsibility or
liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly, including but not limited to:

• Lack of authorization for any transactions.
• Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and your bank.
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
• Decline of transaction for any other reasons.

You can select from the following modes of payment for your orders:

• Net Banking
• Visa/Master – Credit & Debit Cards
• American Express – Credit Cards
• PayPal
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select Pin Codes
• EMI on select credit cards

By placing your order, you agree to the terms and conditions of use of Paras Gallery Fabrics
fully, totally, absolutely, and completely.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

• Minimum order value for COD is Rs. 1000/-
• COD can be used for order values up to Rs. 5000/-
• Orders above Rs. 5000/- require prepaid payment.
• The pin code provided for COD must be in the serviceable area; otherwise, an online
  payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the package without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the package is open, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the
  order.
• No online or card payment can be done at the time of COD delivery.
• Cash handling charges of Rs. 100 will be applicable.
• COD is not applicable on international orders.
• Placing a COD order does not confirm the order. Our executive will call you for
  confirmation.
• Non-acceptance of a COD order by a customer will result in the customer being blacklisted
  and unable to place COD orders in the future. (This policy is in place to serve you better and
  protect us from fraudulent buyers.)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

PREPAID PAYMENTS

• An additional discount of up to 5% OFF is available for each order and is provided by our
  payment gateway.
• A 5% discount can be availed on UPI payments and a 2.5% discount if the payment is
  made through Credit/Debit Cards.
