Common mistakes I see Teej suit buyers make
Picking neon or lime green. Modern shades that do not read festive. Older ladies in the family will not approve. Stay in the leaf, mehendi, bottle, olive, emerald zone.
Ignoring dupatta weight. A heavy dupatta on a fasting day is punishment. Aim for chiffon or georgette dupatta between 60 to 80 GSM. Silk dupatta only if the suit is for evening dinner, not day fast.
